10 Collaborative Automation Partners (including; ACT’L, Citect,
Data-Linc, ECT International, HMS Industrial Networks, IGE+XAO, MGE-UPS, Prosoft
Technology, TNI Software and UGS Corporation) were given the opportunity to
demonstrate their Collaborative Automation solutions to many Chinese Schneider
Electric customers.
After Seville, Istanbul, or Bangkok, Initi@tive Xiamen was another great
opportunity for some of our Collaborative Automation partner companies to
present and demonstrate their products, services and solutions to more than 2000
customers coming from the different regions of China; and also to the Schneider
Electric sales channel representatives.
It was the first chance to expose our Collaborative Automation Partner Program
to the management of China, and to many Chinese customers with our CAPP
conferences.
Several meetings between Schneider Electric representatives and our partners
were organized to discuss common business opportunities in China. The partners’
booths were completely snowed under customers very much interested in the
products and solutions demonstrated by local partners’ representatives. As a
result, our partners acknowledged the success of this event and most of them got
appointments with customers to discuss short term business opportunities just
after the event, in different domains such as Infrastructure, Process Industries
and Building Automation.
