Schneider Electric 2010 User Conference
was an event for end users and partners, bringing
together two well respected industry events: the
Schneider Electric Integration Partner conference
and the Citect User conference.
The Connects User Conference opened with our
inaugural gala dinner for around 300 guests at the
Opera House Concert Hall Forecourt. Sydney put on a
spectacular evening with perfect weather that
showcased the venue’s fantastic harbour view
With a focus on key industry issues including
safety, productivity improvement, preferred
implementations and energy efficiency, the
conference was designed to allow delegates make the
most informed decisions about current and future
automation technologies.

Providing additional information about our
partners, Schneider Electric solutions and
innovative technologies, the exhibition hall
provided an interactive environment for delegates to
learn how to improve efficiencies within their
business.
The exhibition hall had representatives from
Schneider Electric’s complementary solution
partners, including: Krohne Australia,
Endress+Hauser, EDAC and CSE-Semaphore Australia Pty
Ltd.
Schneider Electric Collaborative Automation
Partner Program (CAPP) exhibitors included:
MDT Software, Acksys, Westermo (represented by Madison
Technologies), Monaghan Engineering, Niobrara R & D, Scaime (represented by Kelba Australia), Vishay Nobel (represented by Control
Overload), Prosoft Technology, MYNAH Technologies, EPLAN Software & Service, Hirschmann, Data-Linc (represented by Wired &
Wireless)
plus some local CAPP partners including

The Schneider Electric room showcased our
services and technology solutions for industry;
specifically for Food and Beverage; Mining Minerals
and Metals; and Water and Wastewater.
Complimenting these solutions were solutions from
other Schneider Electric entities such as APC by
Schneider Electric, Power Business, Buildings
Business, Pelco by Schneider Electric, Clipsal by
Schneider Electric and the SCADAGroup.
The feedback received from delegates, both
verbally and in writing, was a testament to the
success of the inaugural Connects User Conference
